1. Acceptance of terms
TBD-LEGAL. By creating an account or otherwise using the CREXPERT.AI platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. Counsel will deliver final language describing the scope of acceptance, eligibility, and binding effect.
2. Accounts and roles
TBD-LEGAL. Users sign up as either Investor or Agent. Each role has access to a different set of features described in the marketplace. License-verification requirements for agents will be enumerated here.
3. Listings and content
TBD-LEGAL. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of every listing they publish. CREXPERT.AI may remove listings that violate the marketplace policies (placeholder until policies finalized).
4. Acceptable use
TBD-LEGAL. Users may not scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the platform. Counsel to enumerate prohibited conduct and enforcement mechanism.
5. Fees and subscriptions
TBD-LEGAL. Paid tiers (investor alerts, market reports, etc.) will be documented here once pricing locks. Phase 1 has no paid features.
6. Intellectual property
TBD-LEGAL. CREXPERT.AI retains all rights to the platform, including AI-generated insights and aggregated marketplace data. Users retain rights to their submitted listing content subject to the license granted to the platform.
7. Disclaimers
TBD-LEGAL. Listings, market data, and AI-generated reports are provided as-is and do not constitute investment advice. Counsel to deliver full as-is / no-warranty language.
8. Limitation of liability
TBD-LEGAL. Cap on damages and exclusion of consequential damages. Final values pending counsel review.
9. Termination
TBD-LEGAL. Either party may terminate the agreement; circumstances under which CREXPERT.AI may suspend or close an account will be enumerated here.
10. Changes to these terms
TBD-LEGAL. Notice mechanism and effective-date rules for amendments to these terms.
