CREXPERT.AI is an investor-first marketplace for institutional-grade commercial property. Agents publish inventory, investors find it, and the work in between gets handled by the platform: reading the offering memorandum, turning a sentence into a search, and working out who actually wants a building.
Why We Built It
Commercial property is not short of data. It is short of data anyone can act on. The details that decide a deal, from cap rate and tenancy to divisible square footage and zoning, sit inside a PDF that has to be read line by line before a building can even be compared to the one next to it.
So an investor's week fills up with retyping rather than analysis, and an agent's week fills up with re-listing the same property across portals that each want the fields in a different shape.
We built CREXPERT.AI on the view that almost all of that is machine work. The judgement stays human. The transcription does not have to be.

Listings carry the numbers that let a property be compared rather than admired, the AI review pushes agents towards completeness, and nothing on the marketplace is ranked by who paid. An agent who lists well wins here, which is exactly the incentive we want.
How It Works
Agents list a property manually, from an offering memorandum, or as a bulk import of an existing portfolio. Investors search without needing an account.
Every listing carries structured detail, so properties can be filtered and compared directly instead of read one PDF at a time.
An enquiry goes to the listing agent, not to a lead broker. Contact details are shared when you choose to make contact, and not before.
